The Working On Wellness Foundation offers FREE online seated exercise classes. Our experienced, certified instructors lead live Zoom sessions and pre-recorded YouTube workouts designed for all fitness levels.

​​Enjoy a variety of exercises, including cardio, upper body, lower body, core, balance, coordination, and hand strengthening. Before each live Zoom session, join us for 15 minutes of social chat.

About

Individuals with MS, PD, RA, and other conditions can improve their physical well-being through seated exercises. These workouts help enhance range of motion, strength, balance, and coordination. Additionally, participating in a group setting provides a supportive community that understands shared challenges.

The Working On Wellness Foundation offers accessible chair-based exercise sessions led by certified instructors. Join us live on Zoom or enjoy pre-recorded workouts on YouTube.

To do this, the Working on Wellness Foundation needs your help.
